Acceptance and Application Fee...
If you formally accept the program invitation then you are required to make an application fee payment of $150.  This must be paid prior to any paperwork processing or final approval.  The purpose of this fee is to discourage students who are not serious from consuming our staff time in documents preparation and to avoid housing vacancies due to students changing their arrival and departure dates frivolously. Once you send an email to personnel@intellitemps.net accepting the internship conditions and confirming your desired start/end dates, you will then be instructed how to make payment of your internship reservation deposit.  Be sure to follow the instructions for the payment process.

Self-Supported Payments...
If you apply to self supported internship you should understand that upon formal acceptance of the invitation (under self-supported agreement), you are expected to make a $450 partial payment (of the total $1350 program fee) prior to your arrival. NOTE: This fee is refundable in cases when your visa application was rejected or you were barred from entering the US and if you are able to provide the ample evidence of your visa application/US entry rejection from the US Embassy or Immigration Service.

The rest program fee ($900) should be paid within the first working week of your arrival in LaBelle. Failure to do so can be considered as a violation of our rules and regulation, and can have a negative impact on your Final Evaluation NOTE:  In case when intern fails to complete full internship and departs the program within one month of arrival date, he would be refunded $450 of the $900 payment. The US Embassy in the intern’s home nation and the Department of Homeland Security is notified in all cases of early departure in cases when a letter or endorsement from our organization was used as part of the intern's visa application.

Visa Options...
If you are an international student and need a visa to come to US, then you have to carefully consider the various visa options available to you. In selecting a visa option, be sure that you fully understand the costs and procedures involved. B visas are generally inexpensive and are sufficient for a 3 to 6 month program participation.  People from some nations are not required to secure any visa if they come to US no more than for 3 months. This is called  visa waiver program.  However, some students are required by their university or the U.S. Embassy to secure a J visa. This can take more time and cost more moneyPlease make sure that you are able to pay all the costs to visa/insurance sponsor.  While your J visa may only be valid for 6 months, it can be extended up to 18 months at the completion of your initial internship period through either Southern DataStream or another corporate host.  Once you select a visa option, follow through the process step by step.  You are responsible for tracking the process and making sure all forms are completed by our company and submitted to the DS-2019 sponsor, to you, or to the US Embassy/Consulate.
