Southern DataStream is always in the process of applying for a new project grant. The training involves working with a diverse team of scientists and subcontractors to assemble a response to a "request for proposals" (RFP). It requires a self-motivated, aggressive person seeking to learn the how-to's of grant writing and team building. English language skills are a requirement.

Intern will handle the following tasks:

• creating progress reports on current projects,

• developing and delivering project and grant proposals for sponsors and donors,

• assembling grant applications for new projects,

• communicating with engineers and project managers in the remote nations,

• creating videos, brochures, reports and other information items for sponsors and donors.
